Weighing... a little help.

I have a simple model that I am looking to be weighed. I have never weighed before. Personally any help either ways for me to learn how to weigh or weighing the model would be freakin sweet.

Psyk0 did a really helpfull video tutorial about this http://jediknight2.filefront.com/fil...Tutorial;36796 , if this doesn't help you watch it again and step by step ^^
also go to psyk0s web and look at tutorials -> Spacemonkey tutorial, it says how to link meshes:

also add the web to favourites, you'll need it
