Half-Life 2

I finally gave in and bought a new computer game! Since Galaxies is out of the question, what with only having 56k access and all, I said.....hey, i should get some games my computer can run that my other computer wouldn't. So i went out today to my walmart and got Half-Life 2. It was only $30, but my employee discount gave me $3.00 off! now i'm waiting for steam to update so i can get in and kick some ass!

so...what game is everybody playing? if any? if not any...what was the last game you've played?

Ironically I'm replaying HL2

Vader's wife was very pregnant when she died 19 years ago. All of a sudden a 19 year old who is very strong in the force and has a distinct resembalance to him in his younger days rolls in from Vader's home planet with his old Master Obi-Wan (Who was the ONLY other person preset at the time his wife died. And to boot, the kid's last name is Skywalker.

So in answer to your question, he knew Luke was his son because his name is Darth Vader, and not Darth Retard.

A Radeon 8... some zeros series. Maybe an X before the 8... and after. And a T. TPE, even... err... Radeon X800XT Platinum Edition 256MB GDDR3.
Yeah, okay, I admit, I have absolutely no reason not to buy Half-Life 2.

Man, I have a quickbabblelabblecoughblehehemehem, and it's COOL. I can play any actual game not requiring a pixel or vertex shader!!!

Yeah, and I hate shaders. I don't need shaders. Or games that require shaders. No. Yeah. Because I also have a real life. So. There. You have it. Stupid criminal shader industry. I won't obey!

Shhh... Ray... keep it down, dude! You don't want them to hear you, do you?

The Shader lobby is much, much more powerful than you have ever imagined, and they have ways of enforcing compliance... strange, terrible, unspeakable ways... ways that no sane person would ever want to know about, and I'm sure that you don't want to find out the hard way... trust me *shudders*... I KNOW.

So just do everyone a favor, and go buy the damn vid card... please?!??

... you will eventually anyways...

It's not blind dedication, I was playing SWG and I got REALLy bored of it, so i decided it was time to pick up another game as i did want to keep playing, so it was all between EQ2 and WoW, and since I'm not giving any cent to SOE again, plus the factor that a lot of my SWG friends went to WoW, i decided I would go there, so far I'm having soooo much fun, and mostly because of the people I play with, I used to play Starcraft a lot (I got my fame of being the only insane person who would play terrans, and Pwn my zerling master friend with my battlecruisers ) but that doesn't mean anything to me, I just like this game because I can play something I like to play and use to play even in PnP games.so I'm happy with it
