It's pretty straightforward...
W -- walk to (only works if you're walking to an item you can interact with, I've found)
E -- examine/look at
P -- pick up/use/punch
I -- open/close inventory
K -- kick
T -- talk to/lick
I think that's all of them.
Point and click works just as well, too, but those are the corresponding keys.
