@ Samurai DD: i never said it was a bad idea I actually like it. You know who Exar Kun's master was? A Aquilish-guy with a stick! He bashed the sh*t out of Exar. I like the idea of founding the republic, and battles are won by the Force, and not by a lightsaber...

To bad LA won't think that way...

They made it almost impossible to make a SW game without a lightsaber....

But back to the topic....

Someone else mentioned a Final Fantasy type of series.
Great idea. I would love to see the jedi order evolve, in different era's with different characters.

Sadly...

I'd love to see another X-Wing-ish game or something where you play a Han Solo type character...

Everyone who ever played K1 ended up as Revan. You ARE Revan throughout the whole game, it just gets more obvious to your character as TSL develops, so; bad argument...

I agree with K3 being the last of the Revan Saga, however I think the time period of the next saga should be foward, not backwards. There are alot of years to gap between KotOR and the original SW Trilogies.

I, for one, wanted the second one to be in a different time (a thousand years after KOTOR or something.) Now they almost have to finish the Revan series.

As far as the time period of the next one, it doesn't matter much. I might actually prefer it being set prior to the current series - or after ROTJ. Either way gives alot more freedom in terms of the story. If it's in between KOTOR and Ep 1, we know the Republic won't fall and such.

Setting it several hundred years after ROTJ could be really cool, having a new threat (not the Sith) emerge...

...but now I'm rambling....
