An idea for the movie
Instead of having Revan having his mind wiped and going totally by the game, what if instead he knew he was Revan but for one reason or another, he changed his name, probably because he didn't agree with the Jedi and didn't want to attract attention. By the way, his name will be Corsen Varr.
I'm a marshmallow away from a bowo of lucky charms.

So, have Revan make a new identity? Well, that wouldn't change the outcome of the story that much... It would be a little harder for Revan to gain his compaign's trust again.

That would suck. No offense, but it would.
I hate it when movie makers change things that are that important. Revan can't know he is Revan - he must think he is Corsen Varr.

Create a new identity for himself. ED is right, Revan wouldn't hide from Malak - he would do everything he could to kill him.
If Revan did create his new identity, why? And how would you change things so that Revan could go light side? If hw decided to go into hiding, why go light side again> Why not stay a dark Jedi?

I guess you're right. The only reason I can think of that would make Revan live in hidding would be if Malak became more powerful and almost killed Revan. But Revan would most likely come back to destroy Malak when he became powerful enough.
