The game freezes on Disk 1 when loading and stops at the file
C:\...\Data\_LVL_PC\Load\KAS2.LVL and get the following box popping up:
Feature transfer error
Feature: Game
Component: Files
File D:\GameData\data2.cab
Error: Incorrect Function

I had one response from tech support indicating the transfer rate on the cd rom falls below a 100 bps...how do I fix this?
Close all your programs before installing the game. If the computer is only installing the game and doing nothing else, it shouldn't fall below 100 bps. What is your cd drive speed?
Scan your D drive for errors too and look at the SWBF2 cds for any noticable marks. Is there enough free space on your D drive for SWBF2?
