i was just wondering are tag and bink actually in canon?

yeah, infinities is not part of any official continuty, but can be considered lower level EU as it uses SW names, character and places.

I wonder, I think Tag & Bink are probably even lower than some of the tales series...

They are suppose to be more of a comady afterall.

Well, while most tales series are not canon, a few seems to me quite "hit home" .
