Link for DirectX 6.0

I've looked every where i can for DirectX 6, but i couldn't find it. Could someone plz tell me the link for directx 6.0.Please.

yeah, usually the current version, which is DirectX9.0c I believe, will actually be more effeciant and have more compatibility with current and older hardware....

In theory, anyway.

I have got DirectX 9.0 but when i try to play the demo version it says DirectX 6.0 needs to be installed.

I downloaded Rouge Squadron Again, and it works. Something must be wrong with the demo i downloaded.

The demo to 'Secret Weapons Over Normandy" did the same thing. Must be a LucasArts demo thing.
I just uninstalled it. I might buy the full thing if I see it cheap enough someday...
