Skin/Model and MP mod Request

I have a couple of requests, both Doctor Who related that I would like to implement into JKA.

I wish I had programing and artisic skills, otherwise I would not be here! So all I can do is beg and plead with people who do have talent and just help out where I can.

First request:
Simple Skin/Model request really. I'm after a Skin for JKA of the latest version of The Doctor played by David Tennant.

Here's some pics from the offical BBC Doctor Who website of the new Doctor:

With the Cybermen returning to the new series this year, I have had a few people wanting me to ask for the possibiltiy of a Skin/Model of the new Cybermen design.

I only have one decent picture of the new design however, again from the BBC site. There a few on set pics out there on the net of them but they are not very clear.

Second request:
Second request is a lot more complex and I'm not sure if it can be done, but no harm asking I guess!

I have noticed on a few MP maps that there have been functioning vehicles that players in an MP session can use, such as the speeders from the SP mode. I have even seen one map, Jedi Enclave if I'm not mistaken, were players were able to use working star fighters.

Now obviously if I'm going to be running around a JKA map as The Doctor, it would be great to have a working TARDIS to go with him!

Here's a few pics of the TARDIS, once more, from BBC's official site

Now the thing is, racing around in a working "blue box" would be good, but I came up with a crazy idea.

Anyone who has seen the show know that while in space the TARDIS can be seen flying, but when landing and taking off on planets, it is a dissapear/re-appear on the spot effect.

Having seen players run commands in JKA to make themselves ghosts ether completley invisable or partially invisable, then appear again, the idea came to me.

Would it be possible for me to install a mod into MP mode so that I can run a set of commands in game to have a TARDIS like landing? My thought was that I could run the command while in spectators mode so that I enter the game but not imedeiatly as my player but as the TARDIS invisable. Then fly around just like I would be in spectator mode looking for a place to land. The run a command to make the ship materialize TARDIS style and have the player pop into the map as if he came out of the ship.

I'm sure having seen much of the game that the animation part should not be a problem. The thing that makes me have doubts that it would work would be the commands and programing involved in doing so. Would I be right in thinking that in order for something like this to work, it would have to be installed not only on my PC but other players and in particular the Server hosting the games? What other difficulties would there be in implementing such a mod?

Again I know this is asking a lot, and I wouldn't have asked in the first place if I wasn't so incompetent at programming/artistry. I can however help out in such projects in other means such as sound. I have great sound recording and editing facilities. I can also get a hold of great reaserch material such as vids and other pics that might be of use.

Anyone who can offer any help would be greatly appreciated.

Thanks
