You must download SWBF Mod Tool to make brand new maps or to modify existing ones. You'll find different links to download it here : http://www.google.com/search?hl=fr&q...od_tools&meta=
(Its size is about 400 MB...)

It is easy once you have mastered the mapping tool... We can't say that it is very intuitive and ergonomic...
