Stronger blasters mod?

Hee Guys,

Not sure if this should be in general or in one of the mod forums (didn't see a general questions forum for mods), sorry if it's wrong.

Regarding the Sith Lords,
Decided to replay this old favorite again. been hoarding some fun mods to add. I remember about a year ago there was also a small mod/fix that upgraded blasterdamage (1-4 became 1-6, 1-6 became 1-8 etc). I remember really enjoying a bit more powerfull blasters (find the normal ones a bit weak) as it allowed for more classic SW blaster battles. Now unfortunatly, browsing around for hours it seems to have vanished.
Anybody have a clue?

grtz

Hello nkh,

Welcome to the forums!

The Holowan Labratories section would have been the best place for this thread, so I'm going to move it there for you in a second.

Have you tried our Where to find Mods thread? It has about every link you might need for finding KotOR and TSL Mods.

If not then someone who has a mod like this may be able to provide a link for you here.

"Beware the form-fitting black armor-clad Drow hottie with twin Mineral II Greensteel Khopeshes!"
"Liella d'Orien says, '"You're the fool, Devil. -- Witness the power of this fully ARMED and OPERATIONAL Titan!"'"

Sorry, I was doubting a bit between the two .

Yeah I looked through the whole thread but coudn't find it, that's why I posted. Seeing as how many people always complained about the relatively weak blasters and the tons of mods around I found it hard to believe something like that would dissapear.

While I couldn't find the mod you speak of, it is a fairly quick thing to do if you only want to upgrade the damage of all ranged blaster weapons one step. So I made a quick mod that does just that for you. You can get it here.

It will modify your baseitems.2da file to upgrade the base damage of all ranged weapons.
