Do you think that there should a SWBF3?

I know there's already two topics for this but there's no hurt in making another. I want to know your wish, ideas, maps, and more for SWBF3.

Well, there is no point to another one since the same ideas will be recycled over and over. But, if the topic was about 'Should there be a Battlefront III', I would say yes, but only if the developers put the time and energy into making a quality game.

Yes i agree that the SWBF2 was a waste of time. Let's hope they do make the SWBF3 better and way more planets.

I for one would like to be able to play any faction against any factoin, any time or place in all of Star Wars. I'd also like to see mod tools that don't make my brain explode, and the PC version only being on DVD.

There should lots of new levels like Alderann and Tatooine:Wanto's Junkyard. And i don't care if there were EU I mean people wouldn't care if there was. People who aren't hardcore fans still enjoy it maybe they would even obcessed in SW so Lucasarts would make lots and lots money which would make this idea very good having EU in the game.

Well then i think the fans should make the game ourselves to show lucasarts what we want and then we actually make some kind of deal with lucas arts to get money. So i think if they don't make it we should.

I'd love to see a third game, but only if it's a significant improvement on the first two. I thought the first two were great games, but fell a bit short of my expectations, If they do make a third game i'd like to see some more focus on the objective based gameplay, and the galactic conquest mode as those are what I found most fun in the old games.

Well if they don't read them as i said we could make the game oursevles. WE could make it. I meen we use modd tools all the time. I'm sure we could find some advanced tools to make this game. We'll show them our idea cause they won't make it themsevles. All in favor say Star Wars BattleFront 3

No, I would hate to see a SW: BF III. The first one was OK and the second one sucked so I don't have much faith in a third. Plus instead of making a third game they should make a new Jedi Knight game, Republic Commando II, or KOTOR III.

There hasn't really been any news on a new KOTOR, Republic commando or Jedi Knight game so maybe they're making a whole new game, which would be cool.

Um... since when is Ravensoft the only company that can create Jedi Knight games?

LucasArts can work with whatever company it can get to create Star Wars games. Not just Ravensoft.

Ravensoft is one of the main ones though. I am one of the best knowledge getters(An group of people who find stuff). I am would know if there was another big big company with lucasarts.

well anyhoes, i think there will be another one. it has been said before, the battlefronts have done really really well in selling. why not make another for the hell of it? BF2 was VERY unfinished. i think bthey did thatg just so they woould have something new for BF3. LA isnt that stupid. im not no "LA slave" or whatever, i trought both battlefronts were tremendous. id LOVE to see another one.

Anyway, I get annoyed playing so many games that just take each individual part of Battlefront and make it better. The Rogue series own spacebattles, the Knight series own sabres, every FPS since Quake 2 owns the First person shooting and every modern game and it's cousin has a team mode that wipes BF into a hat.

It's not to say that the Battlefront series is rubbish, but it has so much potential, but it doesn't know what to do with it.

You're also a super duper speller! And nobody is impressed if you cheat in games online. They may care, but only because they are aware of how incredibly lame that makes you. Also, using mod tools is about as similar to actually making your own video game (One that could even think of competing with a game even as poor as swbf) as playing swbf is to actually being a soldier.

As for my two cents on the topic: Do I think there should be a swbf3? No. will there be? And since no matter how bad these games are everyone convinces themselves that they're fantastic just because they're using a stormtrooper with a blaster.
