How do I add feats/powers to a character?

How would I give a character feats or powers that they don't have? Or change their class?

To change their class, you can either use the Save Game Editor, or change their .utc file.

You would want to edit the classpowergain.2da file to change how many Force Powers your character gets per level, depending on their class. I have a mod that changes all this for both KOTOR games.

To change the feat gain per level, you'll want to change the featgain.2da file. There is a mod by Darth Moeller that can help I believe for KOTOR.

Check out this thread. It's not mentioned, but there is a way to grant feats as well.
