i know how you feel...heres some advice:


Get to know her fairly well, so that you two can open a simple convo of...

"hi"
"hey"
"how are ya?"
"good you"
"im good"
^^^^^^^^^when youre able to do that ask her if she wants to go to the movies you, just a simple, friendly, movie visit. The main idea is to get to know her, the more you know her the more she knows you.......the more she likes you. Now after you get to know her just a tiny bit ask her out, ask her to dance, ask her to the movies ask her any where, it doesnt matter. just ask her.
