Manny teaching Spanish

I found this video in Youtube, and I think it's quite funny. They use Spanish version of Grim Fandango to teach the language. Here:

I think they use one of the programs of Quick & Easy to modify the game. Really interesting.

By the way, in that video you can hear the Spanish Glottis, one of my favourite performances of the game.

could someone better describe what this program is trying to do? I didn't get that intro before the GF scene.
