No prequel now, maybe later
The game wouldn't be KOTOR III if it was a prequel. While I don't mind them creating a game that is a prequel I would say that they should make KOTOR III first. Maybe follow the pattern that the movies followed. But the way that the stories have evolved I think that they should keep on expanding on the current story and take it forward.

Don't think you'll find many arguments there.

I think doing a prequel next has a slim to none possibility.

There's probably not much of a chance that KotOR III will be a sequel, and that is definitely not a bad thing.

A prequel would be good idea for an action game. However for KotOR III the game must be a sequel so that the player can roleplay his/her character.

KOTOR III should have the Exile and Revan, that would be cool...if Revan's still alive.

Tell me that's what you meant, right?
Cause if not, me get and you, capish?

Holy crap.... I must have been in a hurry, because I would never say that intentionally.
Yes, I meant that it will probably not be a prequel. I want it to be a sequel, not a prequel.

Agreed.
The bottom rather falls out of the ideas for an immediate prequel, I feel, at the point where it is pointed out that we already know what happens next...
