Min/Max ExpLevel

(These are new cvars that were g_minForceRank and g_maxForceRank that has been changed to g_minExpLevel and g_maxExpLevel, min default is now 20 and max value is now 250) Now Razor asked me to start a thread asking what the Min/Max ExpLevel should be. So what do you think?

I think that's excellent, except for the max 250 part. Sometimes I just want to go wild and have **** tonnes of skillpoints and DP

250 is a LOT of points. You might even be able to get every skill with that point amount.
