Sorry to hear you are having download problems. Please try the following suggestions.
Suggestion one: If you are logged into FileFront, log out. Then, clear your cookies.
You can clear your cookies by opening your browser, clicking on tools, clicking on Internet Options, and clicking on Delete Cookies. Once you have that complete, log back into FileFront and try to download again.
Suggestion two: Please try to download the file without using any type of Download Manger/Accelerator.
Suggestion three: Try using a different web browser such as FireFox or Opera. (Both Browsers can be found in the "Downloads" Section)
This should hopefully correct your problem but please feel free to contact us further problems.
I had problems before, but clearing my cache and cookies actually worked.
