Quick question about skinning (heads)

I've decided to start playing KOTOR2 again (just finished the first game), but I'm deeply disappointed with the male heads in the game. So I want to change one. I want to make some minor changes to one of the heads (portrait is fine, I just want to change some details on the actual head in the game).

So my question is; how do change a head texture and use it in the game?
I have Kotor Tool. The head I want to change is PMHH02.tpc (only light side version needed, I'm gonna play a good guy anyway).

Or, one alternative would be to import a head from KOTOR1. Which ever is easier. Would that be possible?

Follow it, then put the reskinned .tga files in the Override.
