[FOC] Cross-Affiliation Ship Production

Does anyone know how to enable Rebel or Empire ships to be produced by the Consortium?

As an example, I tried (unsucessfully) by creating a file named UNITS_SPACE_UNDERWORLD_TIE_DEFENDER.XML
by altering
UNITS_SPACE_EMPIRE_TIE_DEFENDER.XML and changing this line:

<Affiliation>Underworld</Affiliation>

Is there a file that I need to alter to get it to appear in the ship-production list?

Add this new .xml file to the gameobjectfiles.xml. Open it up you'll know what to do.

As it is now the game does not recognize it.
