Swoop accelerator quest

so why is it when i use the complete quest for the search for bastilla, or even 40 percent it to where i dont have to find the prototype swoop accelerator and i go back to Gadon, i don't have it and i have to select the option that i'll be back when i get it??

help!!

also, there is some problem with my disk to where i can't go down the lower levels and get it without this, so that's why i'm making a big deal about this.

please anyone!

Ummm, I'm guessing you were using KSE to edit your quests so you wouldn't have to actually get the accelerator and get it to Gadon Thek. Unfortunately, the only advice I can give is to get the accelerator. I think the game checks if you have the actual item or not, instead of checking journal entries.

As for the disk problem, there's really not much to do except clean the disk or get a new one. Sorry.

P.S. Since this is your first post, I don't blame ya, but try to be alot more precise with your queries, problems, etc. in the future. It helps you and us at the same time.

Blindpirate, did you use a mod or alter your game somehow? If not, I'd load a previous save and replay it to see if the problem clears up.
