Solution for Cutscenes?

I, like many other people it seems, have been encountering problems during cutscenes. My game runs fine normally under compatibility mode, but cutscenes are very choppy with an annoying sound echo that pretty much ruins them. I have been able to fix this by turning off compatibility mode, however the rest of the game won't run correctly.

So I am wondering if anyone has found a real solution to slow choppy cutscenes? I haven't been able to find one yet on this forum.

Thanks.
