Yeah, I get the distinct feeling that Monolith is trying to hide that the old producer, Sierra owns the rights to the original F.E.A.R. team, and therefore is going with someone else. Still though, a surgically enhanced Delta squad member. Obviously, ATC has taken enough interest in this man to, what I assume, forcibly modify him. Alma herself even seems interested in this man. This is enough mystery to endear me to the new main character, despite the fact that I liked the Point Man. Perseus Mandate phailed because of new characters that we had no reason to care about.

All that really matters is that the story has finally been taken away from the crap that the expansion packs have been pushing on us like ATC scandals and Paxton Fettel's angsty feelings of familial rejection, and is once again focused back where it should be, with Little Miss Blood Socks.

I generally like Monolith games, and I own quite a few of them, so I don't doubt this will be good, I'm just annoyed with the creative sacrifice's they have to make due to the publisher change
