How does a Miriluka precieve a Yuuzhan Vong?

I'd assume They Can't, Good question , I know the NJO had methods of using the "Living" Force, I don't know if that would help them?

Not with their force sight thingy.
But obviously they can hear them, touch them, and DEFINITELY smell them. I mean, one would smell prtetty dandy living in the anus of a gigantic space lobster while running around with living bugs.

Then again the situation is not unique. There are a few species with force perception, and a few with force ofescation.

Agreed, The Vong had too many tendrils, mucus and sphincters for my liking

But could it not be that they see them as "shadows", just a black figure because the force stops there.
