Activision (LucasArts) & Nintendo NZ distributer goes into receivership

I'm sure both Activision and Nintendo will be picked up soon enough by some other company, but right on the eve of the LEGO Indy release (that I have on pre-order)... AARRGH!

News articles

A quick note to GPSTORE.co.nz and I was told they have sourced all but the Wii version from elsewhere. So it should still arrive tomorrow, all going well. I hope I still get my double sided poster, though!

That's quite shocking news, especially for the distributor of two such major publishers.
