Rare Robes

I was wondering if anyone knows of any locations known to contain the rare robes more often than other locations. I've only ever seen two of the named robes. (Jolee's Robe and Nomi's Robe)

The random loot generator behind the game is broken. There's no chance of rolling those items...whilst they ARE in the game.

Yes, but if you cheat to get to higher levels, say level 40, can you find them. Anyway, the easiest method is simply to cheat for the robes themseves. Yeah the random loot generator, like just about everything else in TSL is imcomplete. Sorry I can´t be of more help.
