i need help installing the game

i've had the game installed on this computer before, but for some reason i can't reinstall it again... i have recently upgraded my graphics card and stuff, is it possible for my pc to be to good to play this game..? it doesn't even come up with the little screan when i put the disk in... it also says when i try to open the autorun.exe that only part of a readprocessmemory or writeprocessmemory request was completed

Did you by any chance upgrade your DVD drive as well?
