Team up Katarn Model (JK2)

I was wondering if anybody wanted to team up for them to make a Jedi KnightDark Forces 2 Kyle Model then i could do the skin?I'm not good with modeling so if 1 person could make a model and i could skin it,that would be good

So ehm why would you require a new mesh? a simple re-texture should do it...

No,it's just that I woud like a couple of tweaks just because i have some ideas.
Here is my idea:
Change Kyle's belt to the jedi trainer belt to look more like jedi knight df2,make katarn's body structure more like he's strong.
That's the only tweaks i want.
