Best New Ahtonaut (Registered in 2008): There've been a lot... I guess Astor_Kaine. I disliked him at first, but I can't really remember why now. Probably because he arrived at around about the same time as Taak Farst who, bless him, bothered me intensely when he first arrived on the scene.

Best Moderator/Super Moderator/Administrator: I know he's not a local mod, but I've always liked Moeller. Jae comes in a close second, followed by RedHawke and Prime.
Best Custom Title: Jae's. With the Latin, and the scrolling, and so forth.
Best Avatar: People change them just as I start to get used to them, really. I like Alkonium's current one, however.
Best Signature: Again, they change to rapidly, but Alkonium's current one is pretty cool.
Best Blog: I don't pay attention to many blogs.
Best Blog Commenter: I don't pay attention to many blogs.
Best Visitor Messages-Maker: I don't really keep track of that kind of thing.

I disagree: the CEC is one of my favorite forums, and is generally an area of good attitudes and self-expression.
