Bah. I'll buy the trilogies when they come out on it. In fact, I think they should make a Original Triogy DVD set right now. I'd buy it for sure.

Anyone here know what the deleted scenes will be? The only one that pops to mind is the waterfalls scene.

That's the only scene I can remember too.
I'll probably buy the TPM DVD, although the Classic Triology on DVD would be a lot better!

Another scene I remember reading about is in the beginning, in the swamp place... Obi-Wan somehow screws up his lightsaber. (Can I be any more vague on this?) I'll try to find a TFN article on it.

Don't forget the deleted X-rated scenes with Obi-Wan and Amidala , and the fabled love-affair between Gui-Gon and Shmi.

Info on the DVD release here. Great that TPM will be on DVD and all. Now we get to wade through six hours of Jar Jar goodness, all on crisp digital DVD.
But for many fans the wait is not over! Nothing on the original Star Wars DVD? What gives?

I saw TPM at movies a couple of times the 2 things i really remember compaired to my video tape at home is...
Anakin telling Padme that he was going to marry her when he grows up..
And the part when JarJar was on the battle driod cruiser thing & accidentally drops the blue ball onto the driod.. the cruiser turns around & heads straight towards another which swerves to advoid it.
I also think they cut a bit out when Qui gon has his saber in the door at the start..
& when i read the TPM book it said that obiwan stuffed his saber up in the waters of the swamp on naboo.
The book had a few bits & actually starts off in a pod race where anakin crashes..

What the hell is with society today that the only thing on their minds is sex. They don't even take consideration in the actors or the characters, and many times don't reflect on their feelings towards these things.

Dude... it's called a joke. Sorry if this is new or anything, but many here understand that concept. I don't know if your comment was sarcastic or not, but I hope it was.

I just thought they just put the 3 VHS tapes in new boxes. You know, because Lucas needs the money.

No Classic Triology on DVD yet. You must have seen something else, or possibly a Laserdisc bootleg.

Hey, you know that part just after OB1 gets chased by a STAP and Qui-Gon kills it with a deflected laser blast? And then he tells Qui-Gon that his sabre short circuited because he jumped into the water while it was on? Whell, a still and the corresponding script segment was on that website about lightsabres.

(for some strange reason, it isn't there anymore)

heh, I've been sleeping a little uneasy after seeing that as well, on the note of sigs, I have seen some unnecessary oversized ones - MAKE THEM SMALLER! - in some instances, they are larger than the posts themselves..

err, why not? Everybody thought it was funny enough at OWK.net and IMO its still funny here and this place would be a duller place without toilet humour

Original text from one of Mafias posts,
Quote:
Screw MAX PAYNE! Screw him up the a## with a big rubber d###, and then brake it off and beat him with the rest of it!
Not...some words like a##, d###, and screw may be omitted from this post..if they are I would just like to reassure the public they were typed in as such.

Southern gentleman, my ass. How is what Ed said any worse than what you said there?
