You can make them or find a nice friend to make one for you. I can make some, but they are fairly laughable.

you could be like me and steal another members pic.... i uhh, stole the 3d big smilie, and put my marlboros and my goatee on there to make it more of a smilie of me 
well, anyway, i stuck mine in my yahoo briefcase, and that seems to work...
anyway, i also am looking for help, seeings as i only used the freebie MSpaint to modify the pic, so if anyone could make that rotten white background transparent, or tell me how, id appreacte it.
