Also, all cartoons suck after awhile. Just try watching *Insert a show you liked when you were 12* and tell yourself that you still like it. They never age well.
Bullllllllllllllllllllllllllllllls***. I know for a fact that Freakazoid is just as awesome as it was 10+ years ago because I was just watching it on DVD last night, and I still watch Rocko's Modern Life whenever it's on Nicktoons network and no-one else is using the main TV.
Damn, I did like Rocko's Modern Life, grrr. >_>
I also had a thing for Angry Beavers, hah.

Battle is a pure form of expression. It is heart and discipline, reduced to movement and motion. In battle, the words are swept away, giving way to actions-- mercy, sacrifice, anger, fear. These are pure moments of expression.
London is severly disrupted today. -7 with windchill. Heaviest snowfall for 18 years. No buses running, severe delays on the tubes and most schools closed.

I'd heard things were bad down south, but I didn't realise it was that bad. It's not too bad up here in Warwickshire, but it's snowing heavily at the moment.
And thank the lord, I've just been told College shuts at 1! No being stuck here till 4!

Calvin and Hobbes hilariously ruined snowmen for me.

london closes down when it hits -7 and it snows a little?
It rarely snows here, and when it does everything comes to a standstill. Even with prior warning, no grit is laid down and no preperations made. It's the subject of constant jokes between Londoners, but we don't really mind because it means a day off work. It was like the whole of London came out to play yesterday.

Funny thing is all the people (probably Daily Mail readers) demanding that the government buy Snow Ploughs, and invest in snow equipment -all because for two days out of a year the country goes ga-ga.
"Canada/Moscow doesn't have this problem!" people scream.
There's a reason for that - on average, they have snow for nearly half a year. And, as the news says, it's the worst it's been for two decades.
About 5 inches has been bumped on Warwickshire overnight. Now it's our turn to come to a complete halt...
EDIT: All buses have been cancelled (Coventry, Rugby, Leamington, the list goes on), as well as trains... and i'm not stupid enough to try and walk anywhere.
I certainly will, as far as I can. Ideally I'd go out riding (perfect for keeping warm, and enjoy the snow at the same time), but it's six miles to the stables...
Show spoiler
It's very difficult to make out the pavement in some places -
No, but there were crowds like that in every park in London. The city went a bit crazy on Monday. There were snow sculptures and people having snowball fights everywhere you looked. We may not get snow very often, but when we do, we make the most of it.
Yeah. We seem to keep getting snow. It melts. It snows. It melts. It snows. I just never stops. Thanks god I bought a new winter coat while they were on sale for spring.
