I'm trying to use the Universal Widescreen Patcher on TSL, but after I install the patch, it doesn't detect the game, and without the patch, I get these messages:

Unable to write to file SWKOTOR2.EXE for patch#1! Close all programs/games before patching.

Errors found. Unable to patch game!

And it's a completely fresh install. What should I do?

UniWS doesn't work with KotOR2 1.02b.

It can't patch DRM-infected EXEs. Use your imagination to fill in the blanks.
