[KOTOR]Odd Graphical Glitch

After modding Kotor to run at 1440x900 60Hz, and disabling Vertex buffer effects to fix a thermal detonator-related CTD, the game looks like this when I start up:

with each square (not counting the UI, which is unaffected) oscillating between black and what's supposed to be there. The game runs fine aside from that, and switching back and forth between 1440x900 and 1024x768 gets it looking normal, but I'd like a more effective solution.

It's a good bet that you're going to have to roll back your video drivers. You have an X800, right? Good. At least you don't have a DX10 Radeon.

Try the drivers from Nov. 2007. I think it's 9.x or something.

"They should rename the team to the Washington Government Sucks. Put Obama on the helmet. Line the entire walls of the stadium with the actual text of the ACA.
Fix their home team score on the board to the debt clock, they can win every game 17,000,000,000,000 to 24. Losing team gets taxed by the IRS 100%, then droned."
