Operating System.
Since its reporting Service Pack 3 I'm assuming that it's XP. I can't remember if the utility reports Vista as XP Service Pack 2 or if it actually recognizes it as Vista. Judging by your hardware, I'd say you have XP.
OK, like a lot of laptops, your laptop has Intel integrated graphics. I'm not sure about the options that your video driver has, so I don't know if you can do this or not, but this is the standard fix for an Intel GPU:
Go to:
Start > Settings > Control Panel > Display > Settings > Advanced > Intel(R) Extreme Graphics (or Intel(R) Graphics Media Accelerator) > Graphics Properties...
Select the "OpenGL" tab.
Change the "Flipping Policy" to "Blit".
If that doesn't work, it probably wouldn't hurt to go ahead and open "swkotor2.ini" in your game folder with notepad and enter "Disable Vertex Buffer Objects=1" without the quotes under "Graphics Options".
If that doesn't work, the next thing that you should do is update your graphics drivers.
Here is the newest one for your model. Update the driver, try to run the game, and then try the first fix that I suggested if you need to if the option is available.
I've never tried running TSL on Intel graphics (nor would I want to

), so I'm kind of flying blind here.
