Clone Jet Trooper

Hi all, I'm currently working on making a Clone Jet trooper armor. Got it ingame already but I'm having problems getting the skin to show on the model itself. Was wondering if anyone could help me out.

Did you apply the matirial properly in Max?

Check the material name, then alter the name of your .tga to match it. Or is this already the case?

I'll second what Marius said. He's a moderator on kotor2files so he has to know what he's talking about.

Are you having a problem with it in game or in your modeling program? If its in-game, you have to edit your armor's uti file to give your Texture Variation the same number that your tga file has. If you haven't changed your armor name at all from the default game, than it should work perfectly.

Exclamation Eureka!

Finally... After two sleepless nights i finally figured how to get the model in-game. Its gonna be smooth sailing from here on end.

Here's a pic of what this model for the Clone Jet Trooper is gonna look like.

It reminds me of BF. Good work, and try to put some green in the jetpack

maybe you can use force jump with it. Although you'd have to be a force user and have a lightsaber, of course.

I really don't know the answer to this question: Could that feat be granted by the armor, and perhaps make a custom ls that is named something different - like Clone Propulsion Cell or something... to be able to do the Jet Trooper Slide, you will need to equip the cell.... :?: it could be a non-damaging weapon, something that takes up a hand slot but does not actively work as a weapon.

EDIT: hmm... but then you probably couldn't wield a blaster in the other hand... ratz
