Some more spawning and scripting

I am looking for a script that will spawn some Npcs on enter on Nar Shadda on the condition that you have 2 items in your inventory.

Also I have the same question except with journals i.e. if you have 2 items in your inventory one journal entry pops up, but if you have only one item in your inventory another entry pops up.
