So who will be getting the SOMI:SE Limited Guybrush vs. LeChuck Statue?

It was just announced that you can pre-order a limited 1000 run of a SOMI:SE Guybrush vs. LeChuck Statue. It's 10-inches, hand painted and about $90 US. I think it looks awesome and am planning on getting one... or two. Anyone else?

Ah it's really cool and tempting (the Sam and Max one was as well), but I can't start collecting statues or my wallet and bank account will hate me.

As much as I'd like to get one, the UK shipping charge is $75. So, no.

Actually, after the initial excitement of reading the announcement and seeing the image wore off, I think I'm with you guys. That is pretty damn expensive. I'll have to think about it.

I'd love it. But the wife is not going to approve of $100 on a statue! lol

I got the shirt though

The gray picture you saw was of an unfinished statue. They will be painted, and you can see what it looks like if you click on the link I provided in the initial post. A gray statue would certainly not be worth $90

Mine is on order now. Interestingly though if you order from Symbiote them selves, the shipping is cheaper.

I would get it if it were the original MI version or CMI.

I have a $200 dolars to waste and I just got in highschool so of course I dont have a job yet (I am only 14) or a car and I have nothing else to spend it on. Unless I buy a couple of new adventure games on wiiwar. In that case I am going to wait.

Yeah I had to color the Elaine concept art to make it, feel free to use that signature picture for what ever.

It does look pretty sweet, but I'd rather spend my money on video games.
