Not Healing after fights

Hello all. I just installed KOTR 1 and whenever my character or any other party member (just Carth right now) gets injured, the health does not regenerate out of combat. What gives? It stays right where it dropped to unless I see the medic or use a health pack.

K1 unfortunately doesn't have health regeneration. However, there are mods such as this one that will correct that issue.

I wouldn't call it an issue, but it can bug people that played the second one first and got used to auto-heal.

I played the first one first, but just got it again because the game stopped working, so it had been a while and I just simply forgot there was no healing. Duh. Lol.
