Missing Health and Ammo On Screen

Hi, I got the combined Jedi Knight and Mysteries of the Sith package and it did not install so I manually installed it with help from jkhub.net but I think there may be a file missing, because there the health bar and ammo is not on the screen. I tried changing the resolution to see if it was cut off but to no success. I am running on XP 32 bit. Can anyone help me?

Have you tried using the "+" & "-" keys? They change the screen-size in-game & if one hits "+" too many times, the stat bars will disappear.
