You already found Atris, when you went into the Arctic Academy on Telos.
If you went to the Palace on Onderon, then you'll be able to go to Dantooine, go to the enclave, (which has been rebuilt while you've been running around the galaxy, sticking your lightsaber into everyone's business) and you'll be able to enter using the other entrance. (Go the opposite way of the Sub Level. Left IIRC)
