No fire extinguisher in Forest?

Well i dont know what happen when i was in the city i had the fire extinguisher and never used it.

so then today woke up played some today and i was sitting here at the flaming beavers forever, then i gave up finding out how to get past, and notice i need a fire extinguisher so went to get the item, its not there?

unless i messing up on this puzzle or i get fire extinguisher in the forest, can somebody please help me.

This is a very rare bug. The only thing you can do is go back to a previous saved game. If you've been using just one save slot, you have no choice but to start over. Sorry.

Hi, i'm also having the same problem - tried to load this saved game but I can't find a tutorial on how to do it. Looked all over the GFN and can't find any instructions.

Can I be directed to some sort of 'How to'?

You only need to extract the saved game to the 'grim' folder on your hard drive. To make it easier to find, you could change number '08' in the file name to '00' and then it'll be first on the list of saved games rather than the ninth.
