Exclamation Video issues

Probably a newb question but I did at least look through the boards first.

I'm in year two and my cutscenes have begun to get clunky. They don't exactly skip per se but the audio sure does. Lola's cutscene was a nightmare and any time I use the elevator to go between the Blue Casket and the Cafe it just skips. I'll try to provide more information if needed but I'm not sure what would help you guys help me.

Thanks in advance.

I think I figured out the problem.

I looked it up in Regedit and according to the registry it thinks it's getting the cutscenes from my CD drive. But I took the CD out. Now I put the CD back in but it's still not working. So... I copied the files to the hard drive... now what? Do I change the registry? Suggestions please?
