Question Shader question

alright, i know how to use some shaders but, what i need to do is get lightning to come OFF the skin. I belive its possible because it happens when u eltrecute some1, i have a vauge idea of how its done, but i dont know all the coding, someone help, ty

perhaps a better way to say this is, is there anyway to constanlty apply a efx onto a skin, as if it were a shader

yes there is a way, look in your asset folder for it ,there you will find what you are looking for and then you can make your own shader for your skin and it's been done before and it looks cool on the right skin ,good luck

I've been looking forever for the answer to this question. I don't see it, what is it?
How do you get effects to play off of a skin, rather than just bound to it?
