Computer problems -.-

Okay first off, I want to say that I'm sorry if this is not where the topic belongs... now then...

Okay well I had to reboot my computer for various reasons and now my computer says that I have low Recovery Space... and it won't let me install any new games... like I only have a 1/10000 of the programs installed on my computer before I had to reboot my system and then I had to clear out the recovery space... but now it won't let me do anything and it's ticking me off... I mean I've got WoW and KotOR 1 installed, but I'm trying to reinstall Oblivion as of now. I'm about to chunk this thing against the wall and have my mom buy me a new one... :¬: but before it comes to that, I was wondering if there is anything that can be done to remedy this problem. If it can and you can tell me, then I shall love you for the rest of my life. lolz

Hello Odysseus, here are some questions that may help us assist you:

*What operating system do you have
*What size is your hard drive and how much free space do you actually have

Please let us know if you need any pointers on how to determine that info.

Operating System is Windows Vista

OS (C is 83.8 GB free (which I would have thought it to be more, but whatever)
Recovery (E 5.53 MB free (which I honestly think is way off, because I erased everything in there)

You could try to turn off recovery off, its somewhere in control panel I think ?

If its a pre built it may not have a recovery drive just a recovery partition on your main drive, you could try enlarging it or just deleting it, or you could just repartition the entire drive and reinstall Vista.

Also what are the rest of your specs, just wondering because 80 gigs free seems a bit light.
