Calm down everything is under control. ¬¬

Zaarin has reset all the passwords so whatever it was that was ****ing things up again will now be locked out. Possibly we have some security leaks in the code (it is very old) or possibly it was another trojan. Anyway I will fix things on the site (css is ****ed for some reason) once I have FTP access again.

Edit: Disregard the previous panic attack. Once again, I am a gargantuan idiot. Damn hilarious joke, though. I guess it didn't help that I'm posting at 1:30 in the morning, and failed to realize the date change... Or that my speakers were muted.

There's nothing more to see here. You can go about your business. Move along.

I can't tell if it's a cruel April Fool's Joke or not, but Mojo's main page looks pretty messed up, but the rest of the site is relatively normal, apart from the fonts being double size. Also, the first three news posts were apparently posted in 1800, 1998 and 2004.

EDIT: Yeah, now it seems kind of obvious that it was an April Fools Joke. I even was wearing headphones and I still didn't realise.

Scary.

I was sort of afraid people would steal my news post ID password for a second there too.

Man, I must say, Mojo pretty much does ALWAYS do April Fools jokes on us, I have no ****ing idea why every year I fall for it I think.

I finally had a chance to look at it on my PC at home rather than my iPod at work, and can tell now its all a prank, reading closely you get some strange wording for errors.

Whilst the ERROR ERROR might seem severe now, I'm sure it should be back soon.

The site is totally broke for me, and I also see a Brazilian flag as the background image.

As a brazilian all I can promise is to kill whoever did this!

I wonder who created the wonderful ASCII artwork which appears to be a twisted perversion of the Brazilian flag that now graces Mojo's front page, under the title 'Mojo Sux'?

EDIT:

Note: The text at the bottom is usually invisable unless highlighted.

Nobody created it, its just made by ascii converter - as said in site's source:
Code:

I wonder why somebody who made it hates Brazil so much?

Hm, normally things are supposed to be corrected back to normal the day after 1. april, not screwed up further. Oh well.

You know, if you just keep the site like this, you can have "MOJO IS BACK" as next years april fools

Nobody hates Brazil. Brazilian hackers, on the other hand, love to hate Mojo. And hack the crap out of it.

I doubt Brazilian hackers are using Google UK and using "colour" instead of "color".

It's also pretty clearly not hacked since the behind page is still up and commenting just fine, along with all the other tell tale (ohhh get it) signs that it's not hacked.

Maybe this is a lead up to Mojo 10.

I actually dreamt about Mojo last night (yes, I know)... Mojo 10 was unveiled, and it looked rather weird. It had 'Marley' written at the top instead of Mojo, and the page's background looked a bit like newspaper paper, with silhouettes of different animals like buffalo and birds and other things that were supposed to be related to LucasArts games. The links were in a gold colour, the whole thing was aligned to the left, and the normal Behind Mojo link was gone; when I hovered over it there was something in the statusbar with 'connecttray' or some such. Behind Mojo was now accessed by mousing over the right of the page, at which point the cursor would turn into an arrow pointing to the right.

That was my dream. If you guys really are making Mojo 10, which I hope, I suggest you don't use these ideas, because the Mojo 10 of my dreams looked terrible.

Hold on. Revelation. All will be reborn... On Easter! It makes perfect sense.

This has to be some kind of big reveal for the next Mojo ....

I've been following this site for years, and althogh it's awesome, it also looks really, really simple code-wise ... And did nobody take a back-up?

Sounds a bit suspicious!

It's not that hard to get the latest wordpress and tack on a theme and a few plugins.

Yet, I pray for mojo.
