To Ultmont: Pacific Fighters, IL-2 Sturmovik, Airstrike: eagles of world war II, Iron Aces: heroes of world war II, Combat Wings, Warbirds Dogfights, Pacific Warriors? Any of those?
a Back to the Future GTA: San Andreas mod? Or just a SA mod?
Close but the game is off... And the additional skin mod makes an otherwise white guy look black. (Admittedly some of SA's ground and scenery have also been duplicated and added in this mod to give that "California state" feel of hill valley and hilldale of BTTF)

Regular unmodded game with a Delorian in it...please tell me you're joking.
Either people have lost interest, or have just given up on my game. Just in case it is the latter, since I don't want to be a thread murderer, here are some more, more obvious, hints.
When I said that there was a more enigmatic way of getting the answers, and that the game's name was "DMCFMT VEFIYF KTWWADTIRQM", I was hinting that I had used the Enigma cipher to obscure it. Go ahead and learn how to crack the Enigma if you want (or cheat and find some program to do it, but you're missing out on learning some cool cryptanalysis history and methods).
If you want to guess the normal way, the fact that I chose the Enigma is a hint about the nature of the game. Also, the person whose earlier claim in this thread is proven false by this game is none other than our friend Sabretooth. It is also the second game in its series.
I figure anyone who makes an effort can figure it out now, so if no one gets it, the thread died due to lack of interest. So these will be the last hints.
^^Woo Hoo! I'm a winner! (But seriously though, I'll bet your glad somebody finally got it. )
Okay, this should be an easy one and it's obviously Star Wars. One of my all time favorite strategy space war games. Surely one of you SW fans played this game once upon a time.
^Empire at War or Empire at war Forces of corruption.
Ooooh no! Dang! So close! Yet this is a strategy space war game (real-time) similar to the above mentioned, but without the detailed battles on the planets. There are space battles that you can play in and you do get to direct your forces to attack whatever ship you like, but that's about it. Otherwise it's limited to just mainly sight, sounds and pictures (sometimes with words); very little action seen in this game.
It's a oldie but goodie, released in 1998 by LucasArts. Went by another name in the United Kingdom.

Star Wars: Rebellion? (don't know what it was called in the UK)

DING! DING! DING!
Give that man a cigar, because he's a winneeeeeeer!
(LB, yeah it says on the box in fine print: "This product is marketed as Star Wars Supremacy in the United Kingdom." Didn't know that myself until I got it out and started looking at it just recently. Son-of-a-gun, who knew! )
The origin of 'a winner is you', Pro Wrestling for NES?
Since I didn't own the game, or a NES (only played on consoles at friends houses), I had to cheat on the 'who's missing' part and look up the names of the fighters on wikipedia to jog my memory. They're all there, so I'm guessing you're talking about the referee or camera dude being missing? They're the only other 'characters' I can remember there being.
(Sorry for stalling this by forgetting to put up a game last time, assuming I've got this one right, I'll put one up fast)

You are correct!

Trick question, cheater, "the outlaw choke" wrench is not included which is a maneuver "amazon" used to beat fighter Hayabusa senseless.
