Depends upon which enemy it is. My favorites are:
(1) Droideka: Just throwing a grenade on them is satisfying.
(2) Assassin Droid: Head shot, nuff said.

Most units, a max of two shots from a sniper does the trick. Wookiees are a pain, though, especially if it's an HP with a mortar launcher.

Grenades are the answer for clones, Grenades are fun to use and it's fun to watch the little guys go flying when the grenade explodes
Blasters...they are a neccesity but i really like using grenades.
Mostly i just shoot em and then throw a grenade at em when they are attempting to dodge the blaster shots

Blaster rifle and a bit of insanely erratic dodging takes care of every ground unit but a droideka. Them, I use a grenade to take out the shield...and then use a blaster rifle. 
I like to slice vehicles with an engineer. If it can outrun me, I drop a detpack on it, wait a couple seconds, then blow it up. Rinse, repeat.
I really like using the sniper rifle on places like Kamino, but I really despise the award rifle from it, so I don't want to get headshots.

I was online on a sniperfest in Mos Eisley. I was creeping around and I looked up while spinning around. At that exact moment, the other guy jumped from a building, so I got a near-accidental 360 midair noscope headshot. If that really accidental kill counts, so be it. True story. :P
