“However, no one will be denied access to health care whether they have money or not,” the handbook reads. “You will not be charged for visits about life or limb threatening emergencies, referrals to specialty clinics, defined chronic disease such as TB, HIV, high blood pressure, diabetes, pregnancy care, vaccinations, and periodic health assessments.”

Not sure this belongs to Ahto or Kavar. The news is trivial but the theme isn't. What a strange place the US is, though: inmates have free health care while the law abiding citizen does not. I call that an aberration and the man has a point, it's only logical to try and get arrested if this means survival.

Personally I think this belongs in Atho because as this case points out, the United States health care system and prison system is a joke.

All I know is that with 2 ruptured discs.. I'm surprised he wasn't taken in for murder. 
My spine has seen better days.. and that crap hurts to the point of "girly-boy crying turning in to hellspawn blind rage"...
I feel his pain, literally and figuratively, my med costs & treatment would have been outrageous if not for my insurance...
