Extra texture info?

I've been exploring within the archives and found many stuff within the extra texture info, in the bifs' textures folder. What really attracted my attention was a txi-file called filmnoisetex.txi, i haven't seen any film noise within the game, so what does this archive do?

PD: And what about blood.tpc file within swpc_tex_tpa's B folder?

I think blood.tpc is for onderon, outside the cantina near the junk pile...where the investigation takes place to free daghon ghett..
